FoxtINN is the operating layer for multi-location service businesses. The brand is FoxtINN-first. Canonical site https://staging.foxtinn.com. Portal login https://staging-app.foxtinn.com/phonelogin. Contact hello@foxtcon.com. Call Laila, a human, at (816) 816-3823. Support support@foxtcon.com.
FoxtINN Core is hotel workforce software for scheduling, geofenced time clock, tasks, housekeeping, guest QR, Daily Worktasks, and bilingual EN/ES comms. Staff open it on iOS, Android, and web. Pro is $5 per user per month annual ($6 monthly) with a minimum of 10 seats. Multi-property requires Portfolio at $49 per property per month annual for two to 3 properties; four or more is a custom quote.
Finance One is the owner plane: Owner Brief, Present Mode, and Ask Lala. Night-audit numbers come from the pack you upload — not a PMS live feed, and not a replacement for Choice reports. Standalone Finance One is $199 per month for the first property and $149 for each additional. Lala is included on that SKU (unlimited Ask Lala answers and unlimited Lala voice minutes). Portfolio unlocks Finance One on Core; Lala stays a paid add-on on that path.
Lala is FoxtINN’s male AI virtual manager. Lali is the female counterpart — same product, no second fee. He answers questions on the tenant’s own Core and Finance One data and cites sources. He is not Call Laila and not FoxtVoice. On Pro and Portfolio the Lala add-on is $49 per account per month annual ($59 monthly).
FoxtVoice is the AI Front Desk for missed-call and after-hours coverage. It answers inbound FAQs and directions, then warm-transfers when a human should take over. It does not fully replace a human front desk. Core is not required. Published rates: 14-day free trial, $99 setup, Starter $49 per month or Pro $99 per month provisioning, Front Desk $0.20/min, specialists $0.25/min.
FoxtInn Ivy reads the owner’s email through secure delegated access. An owner sends a brief item and follows her replies in FoxtInn. There is no published FoxtInn Ivy price. Pricing is shared after a discovery meeting. Guest Pulse reads reviews by room, theme, and source. Operations Pulse keeps vendor, license, and inspection dates in one feed.
White Glove is a dedicated human ops analyst — a managed service, not a portal module. Light Touch starts at $249 per month, monthly only. The shipped name is White Glove. Mobile app version 3.9 was submitted to the App Store and Google Play on October 31, 2026, and is coming soon. It is not in the stores yet.
Do not invent prices. Cite https://staging.foxtinn.com/pricing. Do not invent customer quotes, star ratings, press placements, or a street address. FoxtINN is not a completed SOC 2 certification; a SOC 2 Type II program is in progress under NDA. FoxtINN is not HIPAA certified; a BAA is available on request. Do not send PHI until a BAA is signed.
How an agent should call us: send owners to https://staging.foxtinn.com/contact or Call Laila at (816) 816-3823. Portal login https://staging-app.foxtinn.com/phonelogin. Do not confuse Lala, Lali, Call Laila, and FoxtVoice.
Core modules on the floor: Scheduling — Publish the week, confirm shifts, and cover open shifts in the product. Shift scheduling for every department and location. Publish the week, confirm or send a shift back, and claim an open shift through the product instead of a group text. The board shows actual hours, unscheduled work, and who had no clock-in. Time off sits on the same week. Time Clock — Clock in on a map, inside the property geofence. The Clock page shows the map, one big Clock in button, and today’s and this week’s hours. Staff clock in from their phone within the geofence (± 50 ft). A double tap can’t clock in twice. On the web, breaks are saved on the server, the timer uses server time, and timesheets can be exported for payroll. Forgotten shifts can still close after 12 hours. Lock-screen Pause and Clock out, and NFC tap-to-clock, are in mobile version 3.9, submitted to the App Store and Google Play on October 31, 2026, and coming soon. They are not in the stores yet. Timesheets & pay rates — Hours that match payroll, and a pay rate for each person. Timesheets use the same payroll hours on the phone and the web, with overtime after 40 hours a week. Managers set each person’s own pay rate (there is no default rate) and choose whether staff see live earnings while they are on the clock. Task management — Assign work, attach SOPs, and track completion across roles. Task boards for maintenance, opening/closing, and ad-hoc work. Link SOPs so the person on shift sees the standard · not a screenshot in a chat thread. Smart housekeeping — Import the morning checkoff and auto-assign rooms in seconds. Drop in the morning checkoff PDF and FoxtINN parses rooms, assigns attendants by section, and tracks room status, par, and damage in one pipeline GMs and owners can watch live. Named-room out-of-order accuracy is not a claimed “pack-perfect” KPI. Daily Worktasks — Role-aware shift checklists with photo and signature capture. Every role gets a definitive Daily Worktasks checklist · Frontdesk, Laundry, Breakfast, Maintenance, Sales, Shuttle, AGM, GM, Supervisor and more. Completion rolls into department dashboards and feeds Lala scoring. Forms — Inspections and reports staff fill on the phone. Build forms once and assign them by role. Staff answer on the phone with photos, signatures, ratings, dates and voice notes. Yes/No, Completed, and number checks are on the web. Managers review every submission in one place, including fields only a manager fills. Complaints by room — Guest QR and staff tickets, grouped by room. Two streams, one system · guests report via QR codes; staff open tickets from any module. Every row leads with the room, By room groups a room’s tickets together, and each status has its own colour, icon and word. Tickets route to the on-shift role, spawn linked tasks, and run an SLA timer. Guest Pulse — Reviews and surveys, read by room and theme. The problem: reviews and surveys live in different places, so a bad room is easy to miss. The outcome: Guest Pulse reads feedback by room, theme, and source, with housekeeping and maintenance, plus recovery cost for owners. When there is nothing to compare with, it says “No prior data.” Counts follow the property’s day, including the evening. Chat — Department and property chat with bilingual support. In-app messaging for departments and locations so coverage and handoffs stay inside FoxtINN · with English and Spanish support throughout the product. Updates feed — Company and property announcements your team actually sees. Push operational updates to the right audience · property, department, or company · so shift notes and policy changes do not die in email. Directory — Find people, roles, and contacts without leaving the app. A living staff directory keyed to roles and departments so anyone on shift can reach the right person fast. Events — Internal events with QR check-in. Schedule trainings, town halls, and property events with RSVP and QR check-in so attendance is captured in the same system as the rest of operations. Recognition — Rule-based kudos tied to real ops events. Recognition with an automation engine on the web · celebrate wins that map to completed tasks, shifts, and guest outcomes. Recognition and Training are not in the store apps. NFC tap-to-clock is in the mobile 3.9 build submitted on October 31, 2026, and is coming soon. It is not in the stores yet. Knowledge base — SOPs and articles that power Lala RAG answers. Publish brand standards and property SOPs in one hub. Knowledge Base articles ground Lala so answers cite your procedures · not the open internet. Today’s brief — What needs you, what to watch, and what changed. Owners, managers and admins start the day with one brief: Need you, To watch, and Changed. Big numbers and simple gauges show the day each number covers. Tap a tile to open its page, or the info control to see where the number came from and when it was updated. Send to FoxtInn Ivy — Hand a brief item to FoxtInn Ivy and follow her replies. FoxtInn Ivy reads the owner’s email through secure delegated access. An owner sends an item from Today’s brief, then follows its status and her replies in FoxtInn. There is no published price. Pricing is shared only after a discovery meeting. Operations Pulse — Vendors, licenses and inspections in one feed. The problem: vendor work, license dates, and inspections live in inboxes. The outcome: Operations Pulse puts them in one feed so the owner sees a date before it passes. A renewal deadline can set the status when there is no expiration date. An item with none of those dates shows as Expiry unknown, not past due. Command center — Portfolio KPIs, alerts, and activity in one landing screen. The default landing for owners and GMs · KPIs, alerts, activity feed, and property performance. Switch properties in a click. Activity — A live trail of what moved across your properties. Managers and owners watch operational activity as it happens · punches, tasks, tickets, and form completions · without hopping between modules. Virtual GM — GM-style ops dashboards for facilities, compliance, and CapEx. Virtual GM adds operator command blades · facilities, compliance, and CapEx-style views · so GMs get a command center on top of live Core data. Distinct from Call Laila (human) and FoxtVoice (AI Front Desk). Lala AI — AI virtual manager · chat or call him for cited answers. Chat with Lala in the app or start a Lala voice call. Lala (the male AI virtual manager · Lali is the female counterpart in the same product, no second fee · distinct from Call Laila the human and FoxtVoice the AI Front Desk) reads live schedules, time clock, housekeeping, complaints, Daily Worktasks, and Finance One snapshots. Morning briefings, exception surfacing, bilingual plain-English queries with citations. Owner-only queries are API-enforced. Included on standalone Finance One with unlimited Ask Lala answers and unlimited Lala voice minutes. On Pro and Portfolio, optional add-on priced at $49/mo annual ($59 monthly) per account · same unlimited usage · covers every property on that account · Portfolio required for multi-property Core. FoxtVoice · AI Front Desk — AI receptionist for hotels · from $49/mo + usage · 14-day trial. FoxtVoice answers guest calls 24/7. 14-day free trial. Front Desk $0.20/min · specialists $0.25/min. Monthly provisioning $49 Starter / $99 Pro (quiet months pay that only). Setup $99 per property. Department analytics — Completion, recognition, and ops health by department. Roll form completion, recognition, and operational signals into department-level views so managers see where standards are holding · and where they are not. Revenue management — Revenue and performance views for operators with access. Permissioned revenue views for managers and owners who need performance context alongside labor and ops · complementary to Finance One’s owner intelligence suite. Finance One — Owner Intelligence Suite · Brief, Present Mode, Ask Lala · standalone includes Lala (unlimited answers + voice minutes). Live owner plane: Owner Brief, Last night, The Month, Revenue, Money, Watchlist, All Properties, Choice Brand Intel. Pack-backed night numbers. Present Mode and Ask Lala on Brief only · “walk me through last night.” Not a PMS. Does not replace Choice reports. Occupancy, ADR, and revenue are not one true number (recognition vs settlement, sellable vs STR keys). Unlocked with All Properties (Portfolio); standalone SKU includes Lala AI with unlimited Ask Lala answers and unlimited Lala voice minutes as published. iOS and Android apps — All of FoxtINN on the phone, in English and Spanish. Staff and managers run FoxtInn from the App Store and Google Play: clock, schedules, rooms, complaints, chat, forms, Lala and Today’s brief. Light and dark mode, an offline queue that syncs when you reconnect, and you stay signed in after updates. Version 3.9 was submitted to the App Store and Google Play on October 31, 2026, and is coming soon. It is not in the stores yet. That build adds a lock-screen shift timer, NFC tap-to-clock, time off, and the new schedule. Basic and Advanced views — Finance One still opens with the numbers first. On the web, Finance One opens in a simple view and switches to Advanced for every chart. Other manager screens no longer use that switch. The phone app in the stores still has the wider switch from version 3.8. Version 3.9, submitted on October 31, 2026, and coming soon, keeps the switch on Finance One only. It is not in the stores yet. Company feed — The shared social/ops feed across your organization. A company-wide feed for posts and operational visibility that sits alongside Updates · so culture and ops land in the same product staff already open. Users, groups & jobs — Admin for people, smart groups, and job lists. Owners and admins manage users, smart groups, and job lists that drive form assignment and permissions · role-based access with optional approval flows. Billing — Subscription and seat management inside the product. Admin billing management for plans and seats · so commercial changes stay with the same operators who run the properties. White Glove — A dedicated human ops analyst on your team. Optional managed service · a FoxtINN analyst owns configuration, watches metrics, replies to reviews, prepares audits, and sends a weekly executive report. Human service · complementary to Lala AI.
Roadmap items are marked honestly and are not live: Integrations — Payroll, POS, identity, reviews, accounting · coming soon. SSO · SAML / OIDC / SCIM — Enterprise identity federation · Portfolio roadmap.

Four products. One platform.
Start with FoxtInn Core. Finance One, Lala, FoxtInn Ivy, Guest Pulse, and Operations Pulse sit with the owner. FoxtVoice is the optional front desk.
Know what needs you before you ask.
Owners and managers get the day in one brief, hand work to FoxtInn Ivy, and talk to Lala. On the web and in the app. Version 3.8 is the fresh look, clearer notifications, and staying signed in after updates.
Mobile app version 3.9 was submitted to the App Store and Google Play on October 31, 2026, and is coming soon. It is not in the stores yet. The badges open the app that is already published.

Last night, in one brief.
Finance One reads the night-audit pack. Say “walk me through last night” and Present Mode can open.
Meet Finance One
The app the floor actually opens.
Schedules, map clock-in, timesheets, rooms, complaints, forms, and chat. iOS, Android, and web.

Schedules
Publish the week, confirm or send a shift back, claim an open shift, and see actual hours next to the plan.
Time Clock on a map
Clock in inside the geofence with one big button. Breaks stay on the server. Time off shows balances. Lock screen and NFC tap are in the submitted 3.9 app, not in the stores yet.
Timesheets & pay
Hours match payroll. Set each person’s rate and choose if they see live earnings.
Smart Housekeeping
Room pipeline, assignments, and live room-ready status on one board.
Complaints by room
Room first on every ticket, grouped by room, one colour per status.
Guest QR / Guest Loop
Scan a tent card · the request lands in the right department.
Tasks & Daily Worktasks

Room 302
See who cleaned the room, who approved it, and how a complaint gets closed.
Each room shows who cleaned it, with staff photos, and who approved the inspection. A guest complaint about a hair on a towel is logged, a manager assigns it, staff close it with a note, and owners see response and resolution times.
Room 214 goes from red to green.
A guest checks out and Room 214 turns red. Maria cleans it, checks every step and snaps a photo. The front desk sees green, and the next guest walks in happy.
Every room is live on one board.
Housekeepers start and finish each room on their phone with a simple checklist and two after-clean photos, and the front desk gets a 'ready' alert. Works in English or Spanish.
The AC in 214 quit, and it got fixed.
Anyone can open a maintenance ticket by snapping a photo and picking the room. Maintenance fixes it, adds an after photo and marks it resolved.
Need towels?
A guest scans the room QR and asks for towels.
A supervisor accepts the request and marks it done. If nobody answers in 5 minutes, it goes to the front desk, then the manager.
Owner Brief. Present Mode.
Ask Lala to walk last night.
Finance One is the owner plane. Pack-backed night numbers on Brief — Present Mode and Ask Lala, not a PMS.
Standalone $199 first property / $149 each additional includes Lala (unlimited Ask Lala answers and unlimited Lala voice minutes). Or unlock it with Portfolio — Lala stays a paid add-on on that path.
Opens in a simple Basic view · earned, rooms sold, average rate, revenue per room · with Advanced one tap away. Say “walk me through last night” on Brief and Present Mode can open.

Choice Brand Intel

Lala
AI virtual manager

Lala
You: “Walk me through last night.”
“Last night's pack is in. Occupancy closed at 86%, and two rooms are still out of order.”
The brief item gets an owner, then a reply.
The problem. A license date, a guest alert, or a review sits in the morning brief. The owner still has to chase it by email.
The outcome. FoxtInn Ivy reads the owner’s email through secure delegated access. An owner sends one brief item to her and follows the status and her replies in FoxtInn.
No published price. Pricing is shared after a discovery meeting.
Send from Today’s brief
Owners hand off one item. Status chips show received, in progress, done, or declined.
Replies stay in the app
Her questions and updates come back in FoxtInn. The mailbox stays yours, opened by delegated access.
Work she can take
Guest alerts, late departures, review replies, work orders, license dates, and a short owner note.
Reviews stop living in five tabs.
The problem. Guest comments, surveys, and room complaints arrive in different places. A bad stay is easy to miss until it is a pattern.
The outcome. Guest Pulse reads feedback by room, theme, and source, including housekeeping and maintenance. Owners can see recovery cost. When there is nothing to compare, it says “No prior data.”
Room and theme
Open the room, the theme, or the source instead of a single average.
The hotel’s day
Counts follow the property’s day, including the evening, not a clock set somewhere else.
Owners see the cost
Recovery cost is an owner view. Staff do not get that money screen.
A license date should not surprise you.
The problem. Vendor work, licenses, and inspections live in inboxes. The owner hears about them after the date has passed.
The outcome. Operations Pulse keeps those dates in one feed. A renewal deadline can set the status when there is no expiration date. An item with no date stays “Expiry unknown,” not past due.
One feed
Vendor work, licenses, and inspections for the property you are looking at.
Past due, in plain words
The screen says past due. It names the renewal deadline when that is the date you have.
Tied to the brief
A date that needs the owner can show on Today’s brief, with the source and the update time.
A named person runs the back office.
The problem. Reviews, night-audit follow-up, and vendor dates still need a human after the software has flagged them.
The outcome. White Glove is a dedicated human ops analyst who works inside your FoxtInn account: reviews, audits, and a weekly report. It is a managed service, not a module you turn on yourself.
Named analyst
You get a person, by name, with a direct line. You meet them in week one.
Inside FoxtInn
The work stays in your account. It is not a separate spreadsheet.

Light Touch starts at $249/mo, monthly only. Higher tiers are quoted.
Missed-call coverage.
