Time off balances and requests on the phone. Smarter forms: Yes/No, Completed, and number checks.
The same time off, schedule actions, server-side breaks, and payroll export are already on the web.

Guest Pulse counts the property’s day. Operations Pulse can use a renewal deadline when there is no expiration date.
On the web, Basic and Advanced stays on Finance One. Other manager screens show the full page.

Redesigned Clock page with the map, one big Clock in button, and today’s and this week’s hours.
Pay rates: managers set each person’s rate and choose whether they see live earnings. No more default rate.
Timesheet hours match the web and payroll, and dates are right in the evening.
You stay signed in after updates. Clearer notifications and a new What’s new screen.

Finance One Basic view and Today’s brief

Finance One opens in a simple Basic view; switch to Advanced for every chart. Year-to-date and month-to-date compare correctly with last year.
Owners and managers get Today’s brief: what needs them now, and where each number came from.
Time Clock: shifts close on their own after 12 hours, and overtime counts after 40 hours a week. Schedules show actual vs planned hours, plus no-shows and call-outs.
Fewer notifications: one complaint card that updates in place, and owners get one daily summary.
Past housekeeping days show the right numbers and are read-only.
Guest Pulse says “No prior data” when there is nothing to compare with.
